This Privacy Policy describes how My Attendance Tracker ("the App") handles information when you use the application.

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect or process the following information:

• Subject or work names entered by you
• Attendance records entered by you, such as present, absent, half day, overtime, and leave information
• Shift information entered by you
• Leave balance information entered by you
• Report files you choose to export (such as PDF or CSV/Excel-compatible files)
• Advertising-related data processed by AdMob, such as device and network information required to serve ads

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to:

• Store and display your attendance data inside the App
• Generate attendance summaries and reports
• Allow you to export attendance reports as PDF or CSV files
• Display banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob

3. Local Data Storage

Attendance data entered into the App is primarily stored locally on your device using the App’s local database. This includes subject names, attendance records, shift details, and leave balance information.

Exported reports are saved only when you choose a file location using your device’s file picker.

4. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect and process certain device, usage, and network information in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies.

5. Permissions

The App currently uses the following permissions:

• INTERNET – required to load ads and related online content
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – required for ad loading and network-aware behavior

The App does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, or SMS based on the current version.

6. Email and Feedback

If you use the feedback option, the App may open your email application with a pre-filled email address and message subject. Any information you send by email is handled by your email provider and by the recipient of the email.

7. Backup and Restore

Backup and restore features may appear in the App interface, but cloud backup functionality may not yet be active in the current version. If cloud backup is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal attendance records entered into the App. However, third-party services such as AdMob may process limited technical data as necessary to provide advertising services.

9. Data Security

We aim to use reasonable measures to protect information stored by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

11. Your Choices

• You can delete subjects and attendance data from within the App
• You can uninstall the App to remove locally stored app data, subject to your device settings
• You can choose whether to export reports and where to save them

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
