This Privacy Policy explains how 365 Food Menu Planner (also referred to in the app as 365 Day Food Menu) handles information when you use the Android application.

1. Information We Collect

The app may process the following information on your device:

• Profile information you enter, such as your name, age, user type, food preference, country, region, budget level, cooking level, and goal.
• Custom food entries you create, including food name, calories, meal type, notes, and date added.
• Calorie tracker entries you add, including food name, calorie values, and date.
• App settings, such as language, theme, meal reminder times, notification preference, and recommendation settings.
• Optional profile photo access if you choose a photo from your device. The app stores a reference (URI) to the selected image so it can display it later.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to provide the app's features, including:

• Showing personalized food suggestions and menu rotation.
• Saving and displaying your profile and preferences.
• Tracking calories and custom foods you add.
• Scheduling meal reminder notifications if you enable them.
• Displaying ads through Google AdMob.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Most app data is stored locally on your device using Android local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences and SQLite databases.

Based on the current version of the app, profile data, settings, custom foods, and calorie logs are not sent by the app to a dedicated developer-operated backend server.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob and Google may collect certain device and usage information to provide, personalize, measure, and improve ads, subject to their own privacy terms.

5. Notifications

If you enable meal reminders, the app may request notification permission on supported Android versions. Notification scheduling and reminder preferences are stored on your device.

6. Profile Photos

If you choose a profile photo from your device, the app uses Android's document picker to access the selected image. The app stores the image reference on your device so the selected picture can be shown again later. The app does not upload your profile photo to a developer server.

7. Device Backup

Android system backup features may back up some locally stored app data depending on your device settings, Android version, and Google/device-manufacturer backup behavior. Those backups are controlled by your device ecosystem, not by a separate app server.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated online service. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided sensitive information within the app, they may remove that data directly from the device by clearing app data or deleting saved entries.

9. Data Retention and Control

You can control your data in the following ways:

• Edit or delete profile information inside the app.
• Delete custom food entries and calorie logs from within the app.
• Turn notifications on or off in app settings.
• Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information from your device.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps in the app design to keep data stored locally on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
